Owning a home is probably the quintessential American dream.  From the first days of settling this country our forebears fought hard, in spirit and in blood,  to earn the right to own a plot of land.  That right and dream have been passed down ever since, not only to their descendants, but to every newcomer who sets foot on this soil.

Of course the buying and selling process has become more complex than it used to be. It requires much more than just “settling the land” to own it.  Longer and more mysterious form agreements, new disclosure statements, and a range of environmental concerns have all emerged in the past decade.  Real estate transactions involve one of the biggest financial investments most people experience in their lifetime.  And while each transaction is different every buyer and seller wants the same thing - the best possible deal with the least amount of hassle and aggravation.

I am a long-time resident of Colorado, and have lived in several of the greatest communities along the Front Range.  Proud to be a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Westminster CO, I have professional memberships with the North Metro Denver Realtor Association, Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Denver Metrolist/MLS.
