Mortgage Loans for Scores 580 - 619
There are only a few lenders who are still financing borrowers's a score below 620.
Basic Requirements:
1. Purchase or Refinance at 580.
2. Must have three (3) tradelines
3. 12mos rental or mortgage history verified with cancelled cks or Management Co VOR
4. Owner-Occupied only
5. No Gift Funds allowed
6. No Non-Occupying Co-Borrowers
7. DTI Ratios 40/45%
8. Judgement must be satisfied
9. Recent collections must be satisfied or on a payment plan.
