I am a real-estate-aholic. I have been involved in all phases of real estate investing for approximately 10 years.  My expertise is in negotiating great deals whether from home owners or banks, helping to build successful deal structures and thinking outside of the box.  Let's face it... if we all did the same thing we would all get the same results.

I am very excited about the current marketplace and the correction that has taken place.  This will give all patient real estate investors a great opportunity to build a portfolio of properties that could experience great appreciation over the next decade in select markets.
