I know the process of working with estate agents here in Florida can be frustrating at times because you are always being told different stories by different agents and you're not quite sure who to trust.  The truth is, every agent has the exact same inventory available to show you it's just all marketed differently. I reccomend you find one agent that you feel you can trust and stick with that one person.
