Phillips Realty is owned and operated by Brad Phillips.  Brad grew up in Metro Phoenix living in the cities of Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.  Becoming  a licensed REALTOR in 1998, Brad saw the opportunity and need for personalized real estate services and opened H.R. Phillips Realty, LLC thus serving as its licensed broker since 2003. 

Brad opened H.R.
