DAVID S. GORHAM

A graduate of Glassboro State College/Rowan University, (1989), Dave serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), working on all operations for existing investments and G&G's client properties. He has extensive experience in marketing and advertising and a vast knowledge of real estate, investing, construction and maintenance. These skills are utilized in helping our clients get the exposure they need for their properties while maximizing profits and minimizing expenses. This commitment to all things real estate is a substantial benefit to all G&G clients.

Dave is a current and past member of many local organizations such as Economic Development Committee of Washington Twp, NJ Chamber of Commerce, and Public Relations Council of Atlantic City, NJ, Glassboro Landlords Association and South Jersey Investors.

ROBERT A. GLEANER

A graduate of Audubon High School (1974), Rutgers University (1978) and Delaware Law School of Widener University (1981), Rob has been practicing law for over a quarter of a century. A major portion of his practice has been dedicated to Real Estate law, including representation of clients in the purchase and sale of their homes and businesses, and with regard to zoning and planning issues. He has also represented zoning and planning boards and is currently a member of the Delran Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Accordingly, it was a natural progression for him to become involved with his own real estate investments and with property management. Rob brings his broad real estate background to G&G Property Management as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. In that capacity, he supervises the day to day administrative aspects of the business, including the resolution of lease issues and the accounting aspects of all properties managed by the company.
