The local residents that submit their request for service determine how many professionals they would want to be contacted by. If the resident requested 4 responses than the lead can be acquired 4 times.

The Lead Marketplace is transparent and we show how many times a lead has been acquired already. It's up to the professionals to decide whether they want to acquire a lead that has been already acquired by someone else.

Please note that you can not return a lead on the grounds that another professional won the business.
