New Functionality:
 - New Lead Form Widget Fields -  you now have 30 more fields in the "sell a nest" and "find a nest" widgets to choose from

 - Nesters Links - You can get links/icons under My Account / Nesters Links that point to your Nesters profile

 - Auto Role Assignment - When creating a new associate the system will automatically add him/her an associate role. Of course you can change it after that.

 - New Pro types - when creating contacts/associates there are new professional types to choose from

Bugs Fixed:
 - ExChange emails - we have improved the way the ExChange platform is sending emails so now less should go to your clients/associates junk mail folders
