The My Projects section under the My Nest tab is for local residents. So the clients that are associated to your projects will be able to see/update there info there (if you grant them access). My projects is also the place where you will see your projects if you are a client for another company - lets say you contracted someone to fix your personal house.
All professionals should use the ExChange to manage their projects. It has a lot more features than the My Projects section of Nesters.com.
