Ivan,

The houses I inspect for Investors are single family dwellings, Usally Adams Home, Mitchell Homes, Benchmark Homes, DH Horton Homes, and other builders houses. We are seeing an influx of Lead Personel for all the industry being built here and they are renting homes as well as apartments. I am not an Investor nor do I think in those terms but I do send Inspection Reports all over these United States to men and women who see potential here in the Mobile, Alabama area.

I do investor inspections for several out of state clients. Some residential and lately a lot more commercial investments. The residential Inspections I am doing are single family dwellings in the upstate of South Carolina near Greenville/Spartanburg. The commercial inspections I am doing are mostly stirp malls that already have tenants on lease agreements. If you have any questions on what these inspections are or what is inspected feel free to ask.
