(Sorry i could not find a direct emil or PM address)
I wanted to offer some well meaning observations:
While researching real estate sites, I ran across Nesters.com on page 30 of Google.
For a site with almost 6000 articles it has a supriseingly low page rank with apprantly only two root pages on the site (pr-3, compete rank 186,000) that have a page rank greater than 0.
There are small specialized blogs with a higher page rank, as well as a larger number of incoming links, which explains to a great extent the page rank. Yahoo reports Nesters.com has 322 external BackLinks, again an unusually low number for such a site.
Perhaps there is a non Search based marketing model that makes the site work.
Such a massive content rich site could easily rank higher with a bit of standard search optimization, starting with a $300 paid yahoo directoy submission, if not yet there)
Placing reworked articles on distribution sites like ezinearticles.com would generate additional free viral traffic and ranking.
