Problem with my nesters powered website

 I am having problems managing clients thru the nesters powered website.

I am choosing the right website on the back-end ie the exchange.nesters portal  but my clients are still unable to see info related to there project  when they  login..  and they are registered

My nesters powered website is www.myhavenhouse.com

my client logs in  and clicks on my account  then on my projects and  this is what it says


Once you register and start working with me you will get automatic updates & online access to your projects.

You can view recently completed tasks, browse and upload/download important documents related to your home search/sale, review recent notes, see what other actions by partners are being taken (partners that use my system can include: attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, builders, title companies, insurance companies, etc.)

Best of all when something changes with your file I can automatically update you and have an email sent directly to you with a link that takes you to that most recent update.

The problem is the client is already registered and has items associated with their account   

So i have alot of clients now but none are able to see the items im making available for their viewing
