This is my current home. I bought it brand new 2007. It is a spacious 4/2.5 in the very desirable Marietta area. Built by the Knight Group it features all the modern amenities you will expect. This home is my first and as such it will always be very special to me.
What Is Special
The back yard is awesome (or it will get there soon). The flat part right behind the house is where I am trying to lay some nice grass and will soon be great for picnics and play. The yard borders with a creek and a small forest which makes for a very tranquil scenery.
