The Nesters Lead Marketplace is an integrated service of Nesters.com and Nesters ExChange (FREE Realty CRM). All local professionals can browse and view all lead details. There are no set up or commitment fees to access the Marketplace. All leads are offered at low cost with some leads offered for FREE. How to access the Nesters Lead Marketplace?

1. Register on Nesters.com - https://www.nesters.com/Register/tabid/135/Default.aspx
2. Log in to Nesters ExChange - https://exchange.nesters.com
3. Set up your ExChange Company (provider space) - for a short instruction video click here


4. After your ExChange company is created you will see a lot more options/menus. Click on the "Marketplace >>" link located top right on any Nesters ExChange screen


How to acquire leads from the Marketplace?
1. Browse leads in list view or search by LeadID (click here to see how), state, county and/or city
2. Click on the LeadID in list view to open the Lead detail view - you can see all the information submitted (but for the contact information)
3. If you would like to acquire the lead click on the "Acquire" button. Note1: If the lead is not free you will have to charge your Marketplace Bank (go to the "Bank" tab). Note2: If a lead requires an approval, when you click the "Acquire" button an approval request will be sent on your behalf. If your request is approved you will be able to acquire the lead. You can view all your submitted requests in the "My Requests" tab.
4. To view the complete lead details (including the contact info) of all leads acquired from the marketplace, go back to ExChange (click on the "<< ExChange" link located top right on any Marketplace screen) and select the Projects tab


5. All acquired leads create a new project under your ExChange space , which you can interactively manage with the end customer and other associates
