In the custom lead forms there are special tokens you can use. Just place them in your custom content when creating your lead form and they will return results as follows:

[CompanyName] - ExChange company name
[CompanyPhone] - ExChange company primary phone
[CompanyLocation] - ExChange company city & state
[CompanyWeb] - ExChange company web site
[UserDisplayName] - Nesters display name of the responsible user
[UserFullName] - ExChange first name and last name of the responsible user
[UserDisplayNameLink] - Nesters display name of the responsible user with link to his/hers Nesters profile page
[UserFullNameLink] - ExChange first name and last name of the responsible user with link to his/hers Nesters profile page
[ProfilePhoto] - returns the Nesters profile image for the responsible user
[ProfilePhotoLink] - returns the Nesters profile image for the responsible user with link to his/hers Nesters profile page
[PoweredByExchange] - returns the Powered By ExChange image
[NestPro] - returns the NestPro designation image
