Referrals -the Lead Marketplace has been upgraded to accommodate referral type of transactions. In the field "Transaction Type", if the value is "Referral", this would mean that if you acquire the lead you will automatically enter into a referral agreement. The details of the agreement are specified in the "Referral %" and "Referral Fee" fields. When you open the lead detail view you can click on the "Marketplace" tab to review all the details and conditions of the transaction.

Approvals - some of the leads on the Marketplace will require an approval process. This has been implemented so that qualified leads can be awarded to qualified service professionals. If a lead requires an approval, when you click the "Acquire" button an approval request will be sent on your behalf. If your request is approved you will be able to acquire the lead. You can view all your submitted requests in the My Requests tab.
