Although the market is slower now, as is in most places, we have found that marketing our properties, which happen to be in one of the area's most popular resort destination- as 'Multi-Unit Investment Ventures', has helped us keep sales steady.                               

Many of these properties hel achieve high investment returns in this high-demand market.

This has worked quite well for me with the European market.  I am trying to tap into the US market for this and am looking to build a network of brokers that I can work with and exchange ideas with.
