Nesters.com has launched a public home profile feature. All local residents will be able to create a public profile of the homes they own(ed) or live(ed) in. Each public profile has an unique web address that you can share with family, friends, and service providers. Residents can control how much information is displayed on the profile and by default the full address is not shown. Other residents can leave comments and compliments for each home profile.
Below is an example of a public profile. You can view it live here -

To activate your public home profile just go the My Homes, create your private home space (if you haven't done so) and go to the Public Profile tab.

Here you can set up your profile settings and write up a short description of your home. Once you hit update you your profile will become visible. To see it just click on the "Preview" link or the "Active Profile" link on top.
You can upload pictures and other attachments and if you mark them as Public they will show on your public profile.

Additionally you can grab predefined links of your home profile and place them on your own website, blogs or other social networking sites.

All public profiles will also show on the Nesters.com user profile page.

We hope you enjoy this new feature.
