Everyday it seems a new piece of news hits the air waves about how much worse the housing market is today vs. yesterday.  Luckily, most of us know that housing like the stock-market and nearly everything else runs in cycles. 

We were up, we are down and we will be back up in the future. (hopefully with a bit more sanity and logic then this latest craze).

With all of this weighing on us its easy to get down.  Here is a bit of humor to lighten the load.
