Listings placed directly through Nesters.com > My Nest (by local residents) and Nesters ExChange (by local professionals) will continue to show with priority on the search results pages. Local residents can now save favorite listings for later review

Also, they can request additional information for a listing which will be provided directly by the person that posted it. Note: if the listing was not posted directly through Nesters.com or Nesters ExChange, information will be provided by a local real estate professional.

If the local resident has an active buyer project with a local Nest Pro then they can add listings under the project so both parties can review and leave notes.
