On the second day of contract, my client said to me,

On the fourth day of the contract, my client said to me,

On the fifth day of the contract, my client said to me,

On the sixth day of the contract, my client said to me,

On the seventh day of the contract my client said to me,

On the eighth day of the contract, my client said to me,

On the ninth day of the contract, my client said to me,

On the tenth day of the contract, my client said to me,

On the eleventh day of the contract, my client said to me,
The taxes are too high, Can’t read this HUD, Neighbors all look weird, Who is this appraiser, Credit might not be good, Why won’t they fix it, The foundation cracked, Need to show my family, Mortgage guy is picky, Like your company but I won’t pay your transaction fee.

On the twelve day of the contract, my client said to me,
What a great realtor®, Taxes are too high, Can’t read this HUD,
Neighbors all look weird, Who is this appraiser, Credit might not be good, Why won’t they fix it, The foundation cracked, Need to show my family,  Mortgage guy is picky, Like your company but I won’t pay your transaction fee.
