Bank's today are being  a Lot more careful to start the Foreclosure process.  I have actually assisted a Home owner who's home went into Foreclosure and then a reversal has been done.

A lot of times it is helpful to ask for assistance in this matter.  Although the home owner makes many attempts sometimes it's being able to ask the right questions as well in know what to answer that makes the difference in a Loan Modification or a Foreclosure.

It would be my recommendation to seek out the person specializing in this area and have them represent  the home owner (with written authorization signed) to talk to the bank on their behalf.

Please feel free to contact my office with any questions or concerns you may have regarding these matters.
