Lead Marketplace Returns

We are making every effort to make sure all requests for service are from legitimate local residents. Still, there will always be requests submitted that are invalid. The Lead Marketplace has functionality built in to allow professionals to request a lead return (refund).

You can request a return within 24 hours of acquiring a lead. Generally returns will be approved only when the lead is not from a real client or the contact information is inaccurate. For the full terms and conditions please visit the 'Terms' tab under the Lead Marketplace.

To request a lead return:

  •  login to the Lead Marketplace
  •  go to the "My Transactions" tab
  •  click on the Transaction ID (TRxxx) to the left of the Lead ID
  •  fill in the "Return Reason" and "Comments" and hit "Request Return" button
  •  you will be notified by email if the return request is approved and refund issued or if the request was denied
