If I had a million dollars to spare, do you know what I would be buying.....FORECLOSURES! There are so many awesome deals on the market at this very moment. The foreclosures I have seen lately have been out of this world, many in very desirable neighborhoods. I wish I knew the story behind most that I am seeing. I do many searches for so many clients and see short sale or bank owned on nearly every other listing. It blows my mind on how many I am finding and the profit to be made after a sale is unbelievable. The potential is very large scale at the moment. Yes it makes me nervous to see so many on the market and I have very awful thoughts of the situations people are putting themselves into. I often wonder was there no choice but foreclosure for that person or did they just get tired of dealing with the harrassment from the mortgage company and the people that don't really care about the person, just a debt they must collect. In my own dealings with my mortgage company, I have found that most do not speak the language properly that I speak or understand what I am saying to them about my home, they do not present me with all of my options as a homeowner, and they do not give me the answers to my questions or if they do, the answer is not always correct. How do people not just get fed up and go into foreclosure just simply because the mortgage companies don't have knowledgeable representatives to assist the customer in maintaining their loans. I have had thoughts myself of what foreclosure would be like, yes the number one thing I think about is my CREDIT, but sometimes to give yourself piece of mind you wonder if it really even matters in the long run. I know foreclosure is not the answer to any financial situation, but sometimes people just give up because they feel as though their mortgage company has given up on them. That they are not a person, just a loan number.
