Local residents can manage all their home related projects and service requests online. By choosing to work with Nesters.com service providers you will be able to monitor the progress of your project and interactively participate in it.

Right now the Nesters.com platform supports six types of projects:
- Find a Nest – work with licensed real estate agents to buy, lease purchase or rent a home
- Sell a Nest – selling your home with an agent or try an alternative route
- Mortgage – mortgage brokers will work with you on obtaining a mortgage
- Home Services – remodel and rehab, appraisals, inspections
- Credit Management – improving and managing your credit score
- Nest Invest – investing in homes and property management

More service project types will be released in the future.

In order to manage your projects just go to the My Nest / My Projects tab.

In project detail view you can specify the project stage and put comments for each project

You can also update your preferences at any time

Managing tasks is easy – create new tasks for your service provider or complete tasks that have been assigned to you

Sharing documents is another useful feature – you can upload important documents or download documents uploaded by your service provider
