hey Steve thanks for the question. The video is right below the text in a very large box on the screen. If it isn't showing may be related to a browser issue - what browser are you using, Foxfire?, IE, & what version. Thanks for the help and the note.

The video was not working under FF (fixed now). It is an issue with the rich text editor when posting the embed code. The rich text editor automatically changes some of the embed code.
Best approach when posting embed videos is to switch to "Basic Tex Box", paste the code and save it that way.

This looks like an awsome site but I cannot seem to find a video to explain how I can track a lead.

Hey Jeanne - sorry for the troubles. We will be adding a section of the site devoted to education for real estate professionals that want to use the software and technologies we have to improve and grow their businesses. We are still in beta but the response from everyone has been fantastic. Stay tuned as we will be adding this educational section very shortly.
