Nesters has released an exciting new functionality - local residents can submit service requests and receive proposals from local professional while staying anonymous.

We understand the privacy concerns of some of our residents and also want to provide and easy way to first compare proposals from professionals before revealing contact information.

The feature is optional and each residents can decide whether to submit anonymously or not.

Once the request for service is submitted residents can view and manage all their proposals under the My Projects section.

Residents can approve the proposals from the service professionals they would like to work with. Once a proposal is approved the contact information of the resident will be revealed to the professional so they can connect and start managing the new project.

We recommend that our local residents choose carefully whether to use the anonymous option or not. It is a great way to compare proposals but at the same time may limit the more personal attention you can get from the professionals if they have your contact info to begin with.
