I am reaching out to all the agents here in the Nesters community to ask what kind of added value would you be looking for from a mortgage broker when considering using them as a resource for your clients home financing. I would love to believe that amazing service, attention to details for each buyer and simply getting the job done for the client is all it takes but I would be a fool to believe this is all it takes. Its much too much politics involved with getting this business from a Realtor.  

I am meeting with some agents this week to see how I can earn their business and I would like to present some added value to them. Please chime in and give me your thoughts.
